      In an industry that shaws scant regard for good practice and ethics they are the worst. Just try to rent a flat from them.

      I suppose Jon Hunt made a common judgement call to be successfull or to be ethical.

      TBH I am getting scr3wed to hard by them to have any rational unbiased opinion

          Fuxtons are ***** of the highest order. Not only are they *****, they are useless ***** (the worst kind of ****). I refuse to deal with them, either as a vendor or purchaser.

            They are rumoured to get the higest price. Does that not making it worthwhile as a vendor?

              and the time machine arrived in 1976..just in time for the hilarious Mind your Language
              The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

              But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

                They are full of tulip on that one too - marketing houses these days is about being on the aggregator sites, not being the best known agent in the area.

                They charge 1-2.5% more than their competitors and are unlikely to put you in profit on the deal.

                    They were exposed as shifty crooks last year, if memory serves.

                      Yes, the scam goes something like;

                      Agent to purchaser: Oh, use our in-house (Almost)IFA - he'll be able to get you the best deal.
                      IFA to Agent: They are worth so much mmore than they have told you, upsell them.
                      Agent to purchaser: That house you were interested in has just gone, but this (much higher priced) property is "Absolutely perfect" for you...

                      *****.
