I am sure that one of the main motivating forces that drives people like John Hunt is to watch the green eyed hate and vitriol that small time losers like this spout.

In an industry that shaws scant regard for good practice and ethics they are the worst. Just try to rent a flat from them.

I suppose Jon Hunt made a common judgement call to be successfull or to be ethical.

They are full of tulip on that one too - marketing houses these days is about being on the aggregator sites, not being the best known agent in the area.

They charge 1-2.5% more than their competitors and are unlikely to put you in profit on the deal.

Agent to purchaser: That house you were interested in has just gone, but this (much higher priced) property is "Absolutely perfect" for you...
