    Someone should explain to the OECD that bribery is the only way to deal with the nuLieBore regime.
    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

      Yup.....

      Some instances are party donations etc for:

      peerages
      not applying cigarette advertising for F1
      Passports for the Hindujas
      British Steel(Corus) for Mittal
