Perhaps ensuring so by coming out with policies such as snooping on everyone's mail and basing the future economy on new types of frilly knickers and other hot fashion accessories? Nah that's a fairytale of course, they'd fill their big frilly boots regardless of the state of the economy, then emigrate. Boomed.
