I saw on another site that a guy purchased 100,000 pounds worth of HBOS shares at 1.70 each. They are now worth about 78p.

Unfortunately politicians on all sides seem to be clueless morons. It's about time we had politicians with scientific inclinations rather than political and we get the country's health in order. Unfortunately these types aren't attracted to politics and we have a steep and painful hill to climb. Forget about the debt though, that's just money and the least of our worries.
