The Bucharest Stock Exchange was closed today for a second time this week, but Eastern European economies don't depend so much on Stock Exchanges like tulipe UK...
In a year or so I reckon it will be a damn good business to be an agent in Eastern Europe looking for all the hundreds of thousands returning home!!
