Btw, there'll be no place in *my kingdom* for you if you carry on "Dissin' D'Lord" - Xog, time for a "Hallelujah Brother!!!!" mefinks!
No thanks - you can keep hell to yourself - I have loftier ambitions!!

      Cheers,

      DP.
AIUI ISAs are not being phased out. Last year, the Chancellor scrapped tax relief on dividends paid into the ISA - a similar wheeze to what he did with pensions.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think you will be able to include property and rental in a pension wrapper. That will push house prices up, making them even more unaffordable to first time buyers. The Chancellor's plan is to turn us into a nation of landlords and renters, like Germany. Then, once lots of new landlords are locked in, he'll hit them with extra taxes.

I am not a financial advisor etc.

Well at least Wendigo tried to answer with something approaching relevance. The rest of you, as expected, completely ignored the subject and instead (yawn) played silly buggers with Chico, the fake god botherer.

Next time I'll talk to my accountant.
