Ltd Company
Originally posted by Hiram King Of TyreOK, why?
Should I just put complete trust in my friend? He says that he can set me up (pardon the pun) for about £180. He said that you can get it cheaper on the internet but he would do everything (whatever that means) for that. Will I need/should I register for VAT?
The agency suggest that I start with a management company and then change over....
A limited company can be set up in less than 24 hours, for example, we put one through this morning, came back from Companies House just after lunch!
As for VAT, if you're turnover is greater than £58k then you must register for VAT...if not, it still may be beneficial to be registered. Any queries, drop me an email (details within my profile).Comment
