That's irrelevant statement - I am talking about things that were totally wrong, short term yet with high rewards for participants in the City (many of whom will now be fired). -
Yet you have made no money in spite of two booms (dot com and housing).Originally posted by AtW View Postyawn.
- I studied economics in real world, seeing how economical policites work or not, how they backfire, how banks are affected, etc etc etc.
?
Theoretical "knowledge" of economics is only useful if some idiot pays you to spout it a lecture theatre or something.
Get prosperous or stop spouting.
HTHHard Brexit now!

Didn't you say you were off to spout your 'knowledge' as a 'lecturer'? It's the yoof of today I feel most sorry for.Originally posted by sasguru View PostTheoretical "knowledge" of economics is only useful if some idiot pays you to spout it a lecture theatre or something.

Well, I was a work permit and this limited things a bit. Dot com tanked about 8 months since I took on it anyway.Originally posted by sasguru View PostYet you have made no money in spite of two booms (dot com and housing).
As for housing I felt that it would be wiser to have good savings first in the bank, and after a few years when I had them I felt house prices went up way too much to justify such cost, so I opted to continue saving money.
I don't see relevancy of your accusation anyway - just because someone is rich that does not make them a good person and I am not actually an advocate of "get rich quick" schemes, so I don't see how me not screwing people over for money affects my position.Comment

Why are you so concerned about it? I am investing my own money into it, I don't claim benefits, I don't screw over investors, I don't screw over companies i process of my work that I enjoy a lot.Originally posted by sasguru View PostPS SKA ain't going to do it.
You seem to fail to understand that for some people creative interesting challenging work is more important than lots of money.Comment

Yet despite this you display a complete obsession with it. Odd that...Originally posted by AtW View PostYou seem to fail to understand that for some people creative interesting challenging work is more important than lots of money.ǝןqqıʍComment
