Got a phone call today to confirm another small pocket money project. A software house for whom I had installed a system for rang me a couple of weeks ago about helping one of their customers out, after some telephone negotiations, I said yes. Today it was confirmed to start November for an open end (at least a year.) Have to be on site 1 day a month for which I'm paid a rather nice hourly rate and 1 day a month on stand-by and get paid whether I go or not and I can still work remotely on my daily contracts. I love these little projects which all add up at the end of the year and make me a lot of contacts for other little projects. Sorted, again.

IR35 doesn't affect me I'm afraid as I live and work in Germany (have done for 20 years.) Once had an Ltd. in the UK many years ago, properly bankrupt there nowOriginally posted by Moose423956 View PostPlus, it makes you look like a proper business and puts you outside IR35.

That's 174 mph? I imagine that is close to the top speed of both of those cars. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

I thought you recently mentioned that you had years of assignments on your hands thanks to the sheer demand - am I missing something or is demand now falling a tad ?Comment

If you're going to 'flex success' you really should quote figures.
