Two main things about Rasputin were: lots of drinking (more than usual in Russia) and shagging lots of women in the high society. Another one was that he used this influence to change Govt policy in exchange for bribes that he received from finance people like you. Later when the revolution came about those finance people were shot...

No, but unlike you I look to epistemology to understand what is really knowable rather than regurgitating half-digested snippets

And that's why you used Rasputin "snippet" using factually incorrect qualification that he was mad? It did not suprise me for you to be wrong - what suprised me is that you walked right into it without

Maybe you should have read through list of my Uni subjects better, he is repost just for you:

            Code:
            Subject Hours of lectures Grade
            1.	History of Russia 70 Excellent
            2.	History of money 36 Pass
            3.	History of religions 36 Pass
            4.	History of economics 72 Pass
            5.	History of finance 36 Pass
Note: Pass grade refers to subjects that only had FAIL/PASS criteria.

You totally miss the epistemology point don't you?

36 hours of History of Economics cobbled together after the wall fell?
                Probably O-level standard if that.

In Russian Uni system they had (and still do I think) 2 types of modules with different grades - FAIL/PASS is simplistic one and other subjects had more A/B/C/D (fail) kind of grading, those had exams usually.

Just answered my question. Hey - I passed some accounting modules at uni, as well as psychology module and various other bits and pieces I've never used since. Does that make me a chartered accountant/psychologist expert?

                    Who'd a thunk it.

It's possible it was O-level standard when it came to economics, maybe A-level, not sure I don't have reference point for comparison so I can't responsibly make a conclusion one way or another. That clearly is a not a problem for you
