You clearly don't understand the NL way. All illegal immigrants currently in the UK will get amnesty (much like knives and handguns, only you don't have to hand them in to the police). By doing that, the illegal immigrant count is set to zero and they will have the stats to prove a reduction in numbers.

On the contrary, I understand it perfectly, hence my opposition to their stalinist (and pointless) ID card scheme.
