The liberals who can't even recognise danger in a asod-off great big spider on a mans face were destined for spider bites and extinction.

      I rest my right-wing case.
I believe there's no more room in the Village Idiots Club but you can try for admission. I've forgotten who the current boss is - they circulate the top job.
      Hard Brexit now!

That's fair enough but read the initial article rather than my comments, ignore my digs about liberals and put it in perspective of human instinct/reflexes and how we've evolved.

I was just countering the pussies comment in that those who demonstrated fear and reflex actions at seeing threatening images were in fact showing the correct response from an evolutionary point of view. To not demonstrate fear or shock at scary images is an evolutionary dead end.

No insult intended, well, maybe a bit lol

Nah, more like gazelles and lions. Lions get stuck right in and don't flinch - you're a gazelle (Maybe in your case a wildebeest)
Hang on - there is actually a place called Cheddar?? - cailin maith

That will be a simply fab time to catch up for a beer. - Tay

Well I can jump and am fairly lanky so no offence taken but lions didn't go on to invent aeroplanes or pendolino trains or carbon nanotubes so I won't be shouting "go lions" any time soon. I am a cautious but exploitative ape able to use my environment and protect my own kind from threats.

This conversation is getting silly now! Or it always was!

For gods sake, the famines over why don't you just go home?

"I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

On them! On them! They fail!

Its me! I am the boss! And there is plenty more room - you want to apply?

As I read the article, the problem with right wing muppets is they keep seeing threats where there are none (or see them as bigger than they are) - sounds about right.

But the people are not as friendly - and not as much open space!

But always nice to find a Scot who does not despise the English!
