The fact of the matter is that the Saudis, given their control of the US economy can and do act with impunity - eg 9-11 attacks arranged by the Intelligence Agencies and the Laden family backed by Saudi Arabia , result is more arm sales to Saudi , the withdrawl of the US Amercian bases from Saudi under pressue from the regieme - and secular Iraq takes the hit for 9-11 - time and time again the Saudis have defied the West and the US is helpless to act .

So dont be beastly to the Saudis please, just look the other way and be glad you dont happen to live there.

No abuse, just an observation that you started two threads today (at least), both negative about muslims. You could ust as easily post negative comments re christians, jews, sikhs etc. Bit of an agenda, not too hard to spot either.

Yep, I heard the fatwa on the radio, looked for a link to verify and post. I saw on the same site something else that I also found abhorrent regarding marriage of 8 year olds and also posted that. Have you heard of free speech and paedophilia. I think its absolutely disgusting to abuse children in this way and have a right in the UK to post it. Feel free to post similar items on Christians, Jews and Sikhs because I would post against them also if this was going on with state consent.

You are correct, but we are now in the 21st century and those attitudes have long gone, thankfully.
Islam and Sharia law have to move into this century also, but at the moment I despair at the barbarism, racism and bigotry of their leaders.

Followers that believe in Sharia law should not be living in the civilised West until they can accept our system of law, government , religious tolerance, democracy and freedom of speech.
