I'll buy it for a tenner.Originally posted by Bob Dalek View PostI am bored with this thread. I will buy your house for a fiver.
There might be something in the auction suggestion.
I will only go up as far as £20 though if the bidding gets tough.

Yep, both mortgages in place.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostIs your mortgage in place?
Going for a last week of trying to get an offer - failing that, going to exchange in the next week or two, then, delay completion until I get a nice 6 month letting all sorted.
Think I may as well try to continue renting for the next decade, then flog the thing!
Yes, I realise this will result in painting and new carpets every couple of years or so, and I will need to pop round every so often and get the garden tamed, but, all worth it given the thousands it would cost me to get shot now....
On the plus side, it is the credit crunch to thank for getting the nice larger detached pad I am about to get

This should work well. As long as you do not lose your PERMANENT job and/or renter.Originally posted by Wilmslow View PostYep, both mortgages in place.

But paying 2 mortgages should be no problem. I am sure you have factored this into your calculations.
