Anyone recommend some good suppliers of Sharepoint training, covering both setup, admin and development?

Did people find classroom, E-Learning or just some recommended books the best way of getting up to speed on this?

I did some with xpertise a while back... it's just like the usual kind of training; you don't get good at anything until you actually go and do it afterwards.

Depends where you come from and where you want to go. People find there is much more to Sharepoint than they anticipated...
