    Did I say that?

But let's be honest here. Males are far more likely to commit sexual offences against minors, be they Hetero or Homo. Placing a child into an unnatural relationship like that is merely loading the odds on the likely side. Children need our protection a damned sight more than adults who have made an alternate life choice. (admittedly for some it is genetic not choice).

No I don't find it acceptable. Neither do the vast majority of Teachers or Parents.

        Do you have children?

I have no issue with a homosexual couple adopting full stops either. it's male couples adopting a male child I have a problem with.

They may not molest him but they will certainly change or attempt to change his mindset.

Children are naturally curious and want to know where they come from. That does not mean they need to know all the possible variants.

At what age should children be told about gimp masks?
Same age as they should be told about S&M sessions & swingers parties. Slightly ridiculous line of argument here - soon as we mention gay people we're off onto paedos and gimp masks. If ever there was a case for trying to wipe out the negative stereotypes it's right here in this thread.

I think the point isn't to start discussing sex with young kids (Any more than we do now for heterosexual couples), it's just to have examples of same sex couples as well as different sex couples. If that helps to combat negative stereotypes then where's the harm?

Or should we ban same sex private boys schools for encouraging homosexuality as well? While we're at it let's clear all those fags out of the arts and music etc, they're corrupting the moral fibre of the yoof of today.

What - you mean turn him gay, or just think that maybe being gay is ok? Why does that scare you so much - something you're repressing Diver?

You may not find it acceptable, but the harsh reality of life is that a child may be better off in the hands of a gay couple than being in care.

Actually- want to back that one up?

The vast majority of people I know aren't bigots and don't as a rule have any objections to gay people.

And the gay people I know are decent people, not as a rule out to turn everyone gay and bugger our children.

Total nonsense! Kids need to know where babies come from - not about sex.

Around 6 they need to know that a man has a seed and it gets into a woman's tummy. About 7 they need basic male/female body diagrams - and phrases such as "special cuddle". About 8 they should learn about sex from a baby making point of view. At 9 they should learn sex can be recreation and at that point they need to know about homosexuals, gimp masks etcetc.
