Got a house viewer today - they are wanting a second viewing. Nowt to sell, getting a second mortgage for my place.
Not sure if to sell (was £225K 4 months ago, now realistically £205K), or, rent and hope things improve in a couple of years.
Selling means I do a repayment mortgage.
Renting means 2 years of interest only mortgages.
What is the buy to let panels verdict?

estate agent says £330k-£340k is the max to expect, but told us to put on at £399k. Estate Agent said prices are now back down to 2005 prices in my area.
