Excellent. So when Landlords get repossessed due to But-to-let mortgage margin calls from plummeting property values people (like me) with cash reserves will be able to pick up the properties for a song at auction, and live like a king from the rent paid by the new tenants.

      Music to my ears.

Once the bungalow is bought, I will be looking to rent out my semi.

Good to hear that rental demand is high and people are paying top dollar.

Some of us invested wisely in our earlier years, and now have properties without mortgages

The rent of this place was dropped ~£70 a month before I would take it. Went from £850 to £780.

That was 3 months ago. Boomed. Not in Leicester.
