btw: I don't know why but that photo above posted by HermanDune, why is it that I picture 'Sasguru' in my head looking like the person sat behind him on the motorbike ?
I wouldn't. If you don't complain then somebody else will get the same cr@p service you got. Write to their customer services department. You'll probably get some sort of freebie like another pair of pants which you can't get into.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

I too struggled to get past that bit. My last DJ, shirt, trousers, bow-tie and shoes cost less than £75.

Seriously I'm all for name and shame. Just check that it is lawful to record a conversation in a shop first.

Why would you be due compensation? How much money did you lose?

Were the pants very flimsy so they were rippable? Or are you very strong?

I think the poor alteration made him so angry that he went green and grew huge muscles.

Not a good idea in £200 trousers really - next time wear joggers....

I don't know how anyone can be shocked about receiving poor service in London - get used to it.

At current clientCo, they have put me next to the European Sales team which is staffed with French, Swedish and German people. There is one German girl in her late twenties and it is a constant source of amusement for me at how frustrated she gets trying to sort out anything in London - from Doctor's appointments to recycling collection. She cannot believe how user unfriendly all these things are. She hasn't been here long.......

£200 will buy you 20 pairs of trousers at ASDA or a return flight to Istanbul and a made to measure pair of trousers done in three hours or two pairs at Moss and a enough change for a happy ending massage.
