>Where does evil come from?
Oh that is pretty easy, ask your fellow ape men.
>Does evil exist?
Evel Knievel certainly existed
>Or like Lucifer do you think its all relative?
"Relative Evil" is the latest JabberWocky production. It stars Harrison Ford as Supreme OverLord the Jabber of Wocky, and David Icke as Chico of Cyan.
Having recently read Rushdies The Satanic Verses I was convinced by the prolog that Satans modern incarnation is possibly a nomadic IT contractor who cannot find any degree of stablity in his location, PS Defoes The History of the Devil is a fascinating work in its own right, that said the Satanic Verses is a veritable tour de force, great reading for your summer vacation.
Satan, being thus confined to a vagabond, wandering, unsettled condition, is without any certain abode; for though he has, in consequence of his angelic nature, a kind of empire in the liquid waste or air, yet this is certainly part of his punishment, that he is ... without any fixed place, or space, allowed him to rest the sole of his foot upon.
The devil was invented as someone to blame by people who won't take responsibility for their own actions. The biggest lie and deception is that we are told he exists.
How very astute of you Wendigo,of course there is no Satan and therefore we can do as we will in Life with impunity.
By the way , is that really your picture ?
The Devil hath power
To assume a pleasing shape.
William Shakespeare, "Hamlet", Act 2 scene 2
Greatest English dramatist & poet (1564 - 1616)
'The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist'
The most popular reinterpretation of this quote is in the 1995 movie The Usual Suspects, written by Christopher McQuarrie. In it, Verbal Kint explains the story of Keyser Söze to the cop

It depends what you mean by impunity.
If it's against the law, you might get caught by old bill.
If it's lawful but bad, someone might get revenge on you.
If no-one gets revenge, you have your concience.
If you have no concience, then I suppose that's impunity.
Does that sound about right? Gosh, jolly deep this, isn't it.
