I hope you're right, that would be perfect timing for me. I would be looking to make a cash purchase between 2009 and 2012 for a large country residence with a good few acres of land.
Any prediction on the low compared to the high?
I reckon around half price, so the average UK property is about the psychological £100K level.Comment
