Grey with the odd bright spot.

    Coolish.

    The nights are drawing in.

Clocks change on Sunday, which means the days will shortly be shorter.

I have been informed that last night the sky was "full of stars".

    Damn I missed it.

Sounds vastly better than hereabouts yesterday.

It's been a while since I've seen it persisting so long.

Right when I was all ready to set off with the camera to catch some of the autumn colours.

    Back to just grey today.

While 'grey' is better than 'thoroughly wet', it still isn't conducive to photography.

Mornings and evenings are getting colder.

It's September so I am still wearing my sandles.

My plan, don't leave the house until it warm up, well any excuse for a lie in.

I really don't want to go back to work, why did I say yes

    Days definitely getting shorter.

Is it only 3 weeks since I was enjoying 31°C in the Alps?

    Was grey at 7.

    Still grey now.

It hasn't rained yet, but no doubt it'll pour when I go shopping.

    Grey Mondays. Ban 'em.

Seems I'm the only one in the office today, still, getting up at 5:45am for the daily commute must be better for me than rolling out of bed at 8:55am to WFH
