    Cold grey wet.

Missed the canteen because the engineer was showing us how to use the new printer.

Got the drivers for it, but don't have admin access on the shared PCs.

That'll be a job for Monday then.
Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.

Cold, & clear... hard frost had to turn the car on 20mins before leaving to de-ice

        Left on time

Late due to usual 5 mins delay getting a free platform into St P

        Journey time 41mins 40secs

Had to wait ages for any kind of useful bus to turn up..then 3 arrived together

Stood opposite a lady of colour who had a crucifix tattooed prominently on her temple...wonder if the mussies did that to her?

Snowing when I left home this morning, it had turned to rain by the time I reached the office.

          Train on time etc.

          3 more days

HTF can a train be on time if it's snowing

Have the Swiss never heard of:

            "poor railhead conditions"
            "adverse weather"

              Cold & clear blue sky's

Ice on the car- thermo showing zero

              Left on time

Loitered outside St P for a few minutes but still arrived on time

              Journey time 35:47

              No name train again

Train is becoming more crowded by the day (what recession! )and the fookwits who sit on the outside seat hoping to hog the inner are now having to learn to share. Ditto for the ones who think their briefcases / handbags count as a second person

Also people are beginning to bring full size bikes onto trains contrary to standing orders which allow folding bikes only during peak

              Bendy bus to work

The Swiss are prepared for snow, they also have the money to invest in the rail system.

Public transport is good in Zurich, but having a car is a nightmare.

                  Wet. Extremely.

                  Windy. Very.

                  Unpleasant.

                  Nasty.

                  Train "on time" at 7:30.

Dunno what time into Swansea as it was on the wrong platform so I didn't see the clock.

Hill steep & slippery with the precipitation.

                  Sewer leak still fixed.

                  Zero winos & blindpersons.

Skool dimly & mystily in view on top of the hill.

                  Wednesday.

                  Ho hum.
This is your quiet day Zeity, what have you got planned

Considering that I was, at the time, standing up, and just put one foot into a slipper when something twinged, I'm a tad pissed off really.
