BBC HYS on should religious jewellery be allowed in school?

I went to a church scool in the same area as Sarika Singh. And even though it is a church scool, i wasn't allowed to wear a crucifix or a St Christopher, or any other kind of religious jewellry because my school like many others had a no jewellry policy. Should all the pupils of that school take them to court too.
The judgement is absolutely ridiculous!

One hopes it is a primary school and they are in year 3 or lower.
