Do they have blokes on hand to check to see if the pelvic excercises are doing the trick. I have in my posession a 'tool' which I could insert to check on the tightness - it can even be used to inject a liquid to test for leakage!

I think it requires more than a 30 sec 'once over'. Proper stress testing with bench marks etc etc.
I don't know - I think I could give a fair examination in 30 secs if I was pushed - obviously a longer examination would be better, but a 30 sec quickie would be better than nothing.
