I thought the worst aspect of Canada (apart from it being near to the USA) is the demographics. Something like no young women, all men and oldies.

Knowing French bumps your score up by 10, which is absurd as they only speak it in Quebec AFAIK.

I'd give Canada a miss anyway, as I'd hate the -60 degree winters with 20 foot snowdrifts, and the swarms of mozzies in the spring, and the bears rummaging through my bins and raiding the fridge.
