I haven't been for 20 years but the back streets at night were defo seedy when I was there ie. hookers and heroin. Once daylight broke everything was squeeky clean again ! It was great as a skint backpacker as you could get fed and pissed for nowt in the casinos and gawp at very good looking women in the posh hotel pools by day. -
