Pink Floyd= middle of the road pretentious twoddle, listen to it without the drugsThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

I wonder how many people who like Pink Floyd don't smoke drugs
I was at Glasto one year, Roger Waters was on doing Pink Floyd, the crowd was full of the type of people who like Oasis i.e. scallies and hooligans. "Oh yeah got out o me ed to this when I was a teenager" "yeah play the one you can trip to". I retreated to the bar while the scallies and old farts had a mutual masterbation session. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

Stormcock - Roy Harper - Very long and atmospheric acoustic tracks. Recommend it to Astral Weeks fans.
Dazzle Ships - OMD - Remastered version came out recently. OMD's Kid A. Masterpiece.
Bootleg of O2 Reunion Concert - Led Zeppelin - Kashmir = greatest live performance ever by anyone.
Impossible Broadcasting - Trans-Global Underground - My favourite live band after Led Zeppelin. Easier to get to see in a small club than Led Zeppelin.
Really - J J Cale - Or a compilation of about 30 of his songs. Best chill-out music ever written.Comment

20 Years of Weird: Flaming Lips
Songbook: Super Furry Animals
Both are compilations but I had to narrow it down as I couldn’t list every album by both bands.
See… not all contractors are Tommy Saxondale wannabe’s.Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment
