My son is blind and can be a pain in the @rse are times. If you are blind and being a pain in the @rse you are still a pain in the @rse. Blindness doesn't come into it.

An ordinary skewer should work. If they can't see what the housemates are getting up to, they'll soon lose interest.

I reckon if they are that sad to watch in the first place then blinding will not stop them. Which doesn't mean they shouldn't be blinded anyway.
