Shorts on guys with good legs.... pref long-ish combat style ones (IMO)..... nice, rugby player legs.... a little tanned....

Long shorts allow Mr floppy to hang loose but snake may be visible through trousers, and while short shorts scrunch Mr floppy into a more socially acceptable identifiable mass, are for the same reason not as comfortable and sometimes required manual adjustments.
