After all the comments, I laid down the law to the missus last night. 'I want FIVE shirts a week woman, just do it.'
So she has put me on washing and ironing duty, but I stood up up to her and said 'yes dear'.

Fresh shirt, boxers, socks each day, too.. I have 6 suits, so cycle them daily, dry cleaned every 3rd week or so..

I normally go through three shirts a week, I try to wear a shirt for two days, which leaves me a spare day to cover any disasters or splillages. How many shirts/blouses do you wear per week ?

No I did my postgrad at a particular UofL college in Surrey.
