They're allowed to arrest both minor and major crims if they want. It's not a one-in-one-out system. I doubt they've let out 6 axe-murderers to compensate.Comment

Economic crimes by the lower orders are always taken more seriously than if they take an axe to each other, for example.
Suggest a short course in English law.
