Again? That was announced a couple years ago, which must mean they're building *four* new carriers.
Wow, at this rate before you know it we'll be ruling the waves again, with an invincible fleet of a dozen carriers and lines of battleships stretching from horizon to horizon in the Spithead Review !
Oh wait, I'm getting carried away - It's the same two carriers they planned to build before
