Much as most consumers must detest the idea of things like astroturfing, how the hell do the EU propose to enforce this law without compromising freedom of expression?

What's to stop a company marketing drone enlisting their second cousin once removed, or (for a modest fee) some 3rd party unconnected with the company making favourable comments or something?

And why should this bother them? Europe has no constitutionally enshrined right to this and a government is perfectly entitled to legislate to take it away.
