    Maybe he fancies Ronaldo.

Ronaldo has become a much better player in the last 2 years. Sir Alex has managed to take the circus football with no end product out of him, while still giving him the freedom to express himself. I don't think he dives anywhere near as much as he used to, but there's no denying the fact that he will never win any humility awards.

I've had him in my fantasy football team two seasons running and both times he scored 25% of my points, not only that he's this seasons top scorer... despite the fact he's isn't a striker.

I still hate man'ure but I'll give credit where credit is due.

The only decent (and I mean as a man as well as a footballer) English team player in recent times is Paul Scholes. Modest, unassuming and a great example to other footballers. Although the timing of his tackles could be better
          Hard Brexit now!

Steven Gerrard is a thoroughly good bloke, because he's a scouser not many on here will accept him as such.

Michael Owen is the same though he’s a sort of Welsh scouser.

OK I'll grant you those two ... You wouldn't see Stevie blubbing like a girl anyway.

I'd rather defend an Englishman than a dirty **** anytime.
Did you cry when your team lost when you were only 7?

Alan Shearer? Hah hah - you've obviously forgotten the Neil Lennon incident, when he kicked him in the head and then threatened to quit the England team unless he was let off...
