How would this even remotely work???

Some poor lass getting minimum wage from Kelly Services for doing a bit of filing, whilst someones on maternity leave.

What happens in week 12? Do kelly have to give her a pay rise or do they just send someone else for cheaper?

The worst bit about this is now HR will start with the 'no contracts over 3 months' rubbish. Any HR confusion about permie rights for contractors after 12/18/24 months has now been reduced to 3 FFS.

      Opt-in vs Opt-out

Let's see how many ignoramuses are still going to insist for an 'opt-in' now.

You too could be earning the same as the permies after 3 months.
