Although IIRC right-clicking and selecting "Open in new tab" won't send the HTTP "Referer" header, at least in some browsers.
(BTW the misspelling of "Referrer" in that HTTP header was Tim Berners-Lee's mistake when he first formalised the HTTP protocol specification sometime in 1992).Comment
