I had a tasty chocolate crunch slimfast bar - been back on it for 3 days as I was starting to get into naughty habits again.
Hit my big 50lbs lost 2 or 3 weeks ago, and I've been uselss ever since! Only put 3lbs on like, but I had to nip it in the bud straight away, cause I know the warning signs.
It was very tasty though
