try http://www.votematch.co.uk - it asks you a few questions, then matches you up with the candidates that are most in line with your beliefs. i only found it after i voted, and i wish i'd consulted it before, as it would've certainly changed my second choice if not my first.
give it a go, even the Clarkson reading simpletons on this board should be able find someone they're prepared to vote for. remember guys, you only have to write an "X", so it's just like signing your name.
