I'm trying to justify the purchase of this to my wife despite being on the bench for 3 months straight... I guess I'm going to be in her bad books then.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

I was going to get it tomorrow but as it is the Champions League semi on Tuesday night I'll either be drunk celebrating getting to the final or (more likely) drunk drowning my sorrows because we didn't get to the final. Either way Tuesday evening will be spent drunk.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

My local ASDA and Tesco have it in stock for the PS3 and 360.
Both are open 24hrs and it's available for purchase at one minute past midnight. That's where I'll be with my AMEX card in hand...
GJ I'm on the bench too, go and treat yourself. It's cheap entertainment whilst your waiting for something to turn up (plus I can throw petrol bombs at you on xbl).

I read somewhere that they are expecting to shift 6,000,000 copies in the first week.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Wouldn't surprise me. Amazon, Play etc all sold out.Originally posted by TonyEnglish View PostI read somewhere that they are expecting to shift 6,000,000 copies in the first week.
One of my xbox friends had an email from amazon yesterday morning claiming that they can't deliver his order until mid May now and he pre-ordered last July! WTF
Either they've screwed up his place in the queue or theres not enough copies to go around for even the pre-order folks.
I suspect it may be in short supply for a while.Last edited by miffy; 28 April 2008, 16:39.Eat Right, Exercise, Die Anyway.Comment
