If you had one wish

That sounds more like a regret than a wish, I think we have all had similar regrets.

Of course it's a regret, clearly my biggest one. But like many things that at the time seem inconsequential, but change the whole course of your life, having the ability to go back and stop that change would in my opinion be worthy of such a unique opportunity.

Having mind control (over the female population in particular) would be a close second.
