I thought I was slightly odd but I've never been sectioned. Hands up who has?

Not sectioned but I have been in psychiatric wards for depression/anxiety, and rehab is a psych ward of sorts.

I think mental illness is highly stigmatised, I don't think you would be making such a post if it was about broken bones for example.
