Some people are like slinkys, totally pointless but the thought of pushing them down a flight of stairs never fails to put a smile on your face.

Is that 6pm US time or UK?

I’ve had two people at different clients that have tried to get me to sort out something ‘before close’ or ‘immediately after close’ of the NYSE/CME on a Friday night. One has got the sack ages ago; the other now behaves himself, but I think he is on the way out too. Both are different forms of non-drinking Asian types.

Yanks can’t handle the pace of drinking but they appreciate an Englishman still being at his desk in London until 9pm on a Friday night. Thankfully, it won’t be for much longer and I’ll be back in the same time zone again.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

That's my boy: fsckin septics, tell 'em where to shove it! Who cares if you're on the bench for six months, you have your pride.

And require a rather larger buttock plug form be rammed forcefully by the social for the pitance.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

I had a arrangements calling me just as I was leaving was not on IMO. Bottom line is they could have avoided what they were asking me to do if they had bothered to get there requirements right in the first place, the team manager here works to Agile, which IMO is just an excuses for him to do nothings and requirements are back of fag packet. Problem is as a contractor I think should I tell him what he is doing is tulip and risk him kicking me out or do I just go along nod and think of the £. In this case I think of the £ Im such a whore, not staying on the Friday was the first time I had kicked back. Anyway got into day and it was evident from the emails they knew I was p*ssed off and luckily for me they sholdered some of the blame.
