I meant I grafted on the properties - I didn't just pay other people to do it - couldn't afford to.

I think you're the one with 'negative feelings' as I expect you have a suburban semi and a mortgage.

Don't own a house but then I neither have a mortgage or pay any rent. I do however have a truck load of cash in the bank.
