I said last year that houses were over valued 34% so I expect to see that when the banks start to sell BTL houses at auction.

          34.5666'% to be exact
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Top tip for anyone buying an apartment that needs building or renovating: Don't get one on the top floor, so at least you'll always have a roof over your head.

The place in Egypt is not complete, but I did buy 1st line. While I was there I met someone who had bought 2nd line a year after me at the same price. But as they say somewhere is only worth what you can sell it for.

I was thinking about a technical book, anyone on here ever get one published?
