At last, a design to be proud of

After the absolute disgrace of the disgusting 2012 olympic logo design fiasco and the even more expensive HMRC 'slogan' costs, there has finally been a decent public eye design in the form of the new coins that will go into circulation later this year

    Linky

    Cost? A meagre £35k

    Oh, I'll take two then.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

you really think that this is a good design?

I don't think that I'll amass enough coins to complete it.
      It's Deja-vu all over again!

        Yeah, I do like it.

Certainly better than that graffiti 2012 pile of excrement.

I like them apart from the new 20p coin.

You just know that is going to feck vending machines over.

Anything is better than the so-called 2012 logo! whoever came up with that should be shot (though he's probably languishing on a caribbean island right now enjoying sun, sand and whatever else he can get his hands on).

Though when you think of it that logo ()typifies the sort of attitude that a lot of Britons show to the rest of the world - the "I don't give a d***" what you think" attitude

Cunning - a deliberate campaign to produce tosh like this so that people actually want the Euro.

The quicker the better, it seems.
