Half of it is council estate (Not particularily bad one though) and hald is actualy quite exclusive (Old village, detached houses etc etc), and it's surounded by parks (Wimbledon, richmond).

Though they've got that dodgy drug rehab place - the priory, full of low lives ;-)

I love London because....

...it makes me feel big and clever when I pay £500,000 for a bedsit, £5 for a cup of tea, sit in traffic for 3 hours to travel 2 miles, and then get stabbed in the neck by the local druggies on my way home from work.

You forgot to include that the weather in London is always really great and hot thanks to the smog cloud which traps the heat in.

I think London should become a seperate country - borders at the M25. And only those who live inside can work there. Like switzerland. It would certainly cut down on the carbon footprint.
