      Given Katie's earlier statement that she is 19, that would mean that she was 8 when Major left office.

      I can understand the deep knowledge of the corridors of power that an eight year old has. Maybe everyone missed the political insight that children have

      Maybe she was particularly affected by the cones hotline?
