I still say London if you can afford; highly rentable places like Fulham will go down very well as long as you can ride the waves.
In fact H&F average asking price moved up around 3.5% in Feb.

I went to an auction. The property I was looking at was marketed as "previously on sale for £189,950".
It didn't even make £160,000 at auction. I offered £155,000 before the auction.
The point is I could market it for £2mln. Doesn't mean jack until it comes to sale time though.Comment
